Growth Analyst / Associate, Onzenna (U.S. Content, Analysis, AI Operations)
You'll read what U.S. shoppers respond to, decide what we make next, and stay with it until it ships.
Seongsu, Seoul · In-person · Full-time
ABOUT ORBITERS
Orbiters is an AI-powered brand operating group. We grow standout Korean consumer brands in the U.S. market on Amazon, Target Plus, Ulta Beauty, Macy's, TikTok Shop, and Faire. We also run our own U.S. store, Onzenna.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
We run our own store and sell on U.S. retail channels, so what we make next needs an owner. You'd own the content calls and sit in on the product decisions.

Decide what we make for U.S. parents and why, then write the brief our production team works from.

Bring the evidence with the idea: the ad that beat ours, the review thread, the comments.

Read what the creative, the pages, and the channels did, decide the next version, and ship it.

Hand repetitive production to AI agents you set up, inside limits you write first.

Join our new product and category research, turning what you notice into ideas others can check.

YOU MIGHT BE A GREAT FIT IF

you think clearly, learn fast, and finish what you start, whatever your background.

you read U.S. consumer culture closely: short video, communities, reviews, the reasons one product catches on.

you work in English at a professional level.

you aren't slowed down by numbers or AI tools, and you'd rather build a workflow than use one.

you're early in your career: Analyst suits a first job, Associate a year or two in.

A marketing degree or agency experience is not the test. Native-level writing is a welcome plus.
GOOD TO KNOW

You'd report to the Growth Project Lead who runs Orbiters' growth, with the CEO one step above, on a small team.

You'd start on Onzenna, and as your strengths show, you could take on creator or marketplace work too.

You'd focus on planning and reading results, since our in-house team shoots and edits.

WHAT WE OFFER

Work that reaches U.S. customers. We run the store and the channels, so you see what happened after the click.

Room to build. AI carries the routine work here, and people make the calls.

A weekly lunch and snack allowance on a corporate card, which as a rule each of us carries for business use.

A performance bonus tied to your results, quarterly check-ins, and a formal review every six months with compensation and stock option on the table.

A casual dress code.
