Role Overview
The Growth & Campaign Marketer will be responsible for driving awareness, engagement, leads, and growth for OWN Academy across our markets.
We are looking for a full-stack marketer who understands how the entire marketing funnel works — from strategy and audience research to campaign planning, content, paid and organic acquisition, CRM, conversion, analytics, and optimisation.
This is a hands-on role. You should be comfortable creating a campaign strategy one day and getting into the details of a landing page, social post, email campaign, ad campaign, CRM workflow, or analytics dashboard the next.
The ideal candidate is commercially minded, creative, highly analytical, tech-savvy, and obsessed with understanding what makes people take action.

The Ideal Person
You are a
full-stack marketer
— not someone who only knows how to post on social media.
You understand how the pieces fit together.
You can research an audience, develop a campaign strategy, write the messaging, brief the creative, launch the campaign, manage the ads, build the email journey, monitor the data, analyse the results, and figure out what needs to change.
You are equally comfortable with
creative and numbers
.
You don't just ask, "Did people like this campaign?"
You ask, "Did it generate the right audience? Did they take action? What did it cost? Where did they drop off? What can we test next?"
You are curious, proactive, highly organised, commercially aware, and constantly looking for ways to make things better.
Most importantly, you are someone who
likes building from scratch, gets excited by growth, and is willing to roll up your sleeves and execute.
If you are a
strategic thinker, hands-on executor, data-driven marketer, creative problem solver, and full-stack growth enthusiast
, we would love to hear from you.
