The Opportunity

We are seeking a commercially minded Growth & Ecommerce Manager to drive ecommerce performance, profitable new customer acquisition, conversion, retention and long-term customer value.

You will improve how customers discover, experience, book and purchase across digital and connected channels, while managing Paid Media, SEO/GEO and Development agencies against revenue and profitability targets. This role suits someone passionate about skincare who can balance strategic direction with hands-on execution.

What You Will Own

• Ecommerce performance and the digital ecosystem across website, apps and booking journeys.

• Profitable new customer acquisition, conversion, repeat purchase and retention.

• CRO and customer journey optimisation across product pages, landing pages, checkout and booking journeys.

• CRM, lifecycle, loyalty, segmentation and personalisation roadmap.

• Paid Media, SEO/GEO, affiliate and Development agency performance, KPIs and test-and-learn activity.

Success in the First 12 Months

• Deliver ecommerce revenue growth against daily, monthly and annual sales targets.

• Deliver measurable revenue uplift through CRO, customer experience and performance marketing improvements.

• Improve profitable new customer acquisition, first-purchase conversion and CAC.

• Increase retention, repeat purchase and lifetime value through CRM, lifecycle, loyalty and personalisation.

• Improve organic search growth and GEO / AI-search visibility for priority customer queries.

• Build a clear growth roadmap across revenue, new customers, conversion, CAC, LTV, product sales and service bookings.

What You Will Bring

• 5+ years’ experience across ecommerce, digital growth, CRM/lifecycle, customer experience or performance marketing.

• Proven success delivering revenue uplift through CRO, CX and performance marketing improvements.

• Hands-on experience with Shopify, GA4, CRM and marketing automation tools, or equivalent platforms.

• Experience managing and challenging Paid Media, SEO/GEO, affiliate and Development agencies.

• Strong commercial acumen, including CAC, ROAS, conversion, LTV and contribution.

• Passion for skincare and customer experience, with the ability to combine strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
