Growth & Insights Lead

Job Summary

HireRight NG, a part of Elvaridah, is recruiting on behalf of a client for a proactive, analytical, and strategic Growth & Insights Lead.

Our client is seeking a professional who can drive data-informed growth, strengthen performance tracking and reporting systems, and support strategic decision-making across fundraising, partnerships, programmes, and operations.

The successful candidate will translate organisational data into actionable insights, identify growth opportunities, improve internal processes, and develop scalable systems that support the organisation's long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor key performance indicators across programmes, fundraising, partnerships, and operations.
• Analyse organisational data to identify trends, performance gaps, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance, impact, and management reports.
• Build dashboards and reporting systems to support data-driven decision-making.
• Maintain accurate donor, beneficiary, and partner databases.
• Track donor engagement, retention, contributions, and partnership activities.
• Support donor communications, acknowledgements, impact reports, and follow-ups.
• Research potential donors, grant opportunities, corporate partners, and other growth opportunities.
• Support fundraising campaigns, proposals, grant applications, and funding reports.
• Develop and maintain internal trackers, workflows, documentation, and reporting processes.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Provide the Founder with research, analysis, reports, presentations, and strategic insights.
• Track leadership priorities, deadlines, action points, and follow-ups across teams.
• Identify technology solutions that improve data management, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Analysis, Management, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in growth, strategy, operations, data analysis, fundraising, partnerships, or a related field.
• Experience preparing reports, managing databases, building dashboards, or tracking performance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualisation tools is an advantage.
• Experience in donor management, grant coordination, fundraising, or nonprofit operations is an advantage.
• Experience developing systems and processes within a growing organisation is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
