Growth and Optimization Associate

About the role

As a Growth and Optimization Associate, you will work directly with management to support the day-to-day operations of the business and help solve challenges wherever they arise. This role offers broad exposure to how a lending company operates—from operations and customer experience to marketing, partnerships, technology, and process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Support day-to-day business operations across multiple departments
• Coordinate special projects and company initiatives assigned by management
• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend practical solutions
• Assist in improving internal processes and standard operating procedures
• Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and service providers
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation
• Support marketing campaigns, corporate partnership activities, and administrative initiatives when needed
• Assist with research, data analysis, and other projects that contribute to the company's growth
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the organization

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• 1–2 years of work experience in operations, administration, project coordination, banking, fintech, lending, or a similar business environment
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing business needs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and willing to take ownership of assigned responsibilities
