miniPT is looking for an ambitious recent graduate or early-career operator who enjoys turning conversations, experiments

and community relationships into measurable growth. You will help acquire users, develop partnerships with personal

trainers and gyms, strengthen conversion and retention, and build miniPT's presence across San Francisco.

This is a hands-on, flexible role for someone who wants meaningful ownership without committing their entire week. This role starts at 20-30 hours per week and can expand in hours, scope and responsibility as performance and the business grow.

What you'll do

• User acquisition: Plan and execute local, referral, community and digital initiatives that generate qualified users.
• Partnerships: Identify, contact and onboard personal trainers, gyms, studios and relevant community partners.
• Conversion and retention: Improve the journey from fierst contact to active user, then help users remain engaged.
• Brand and community: Represent miniPT locally through events, collaborations and grassroots activity.
• Social media: Create and coordinate practical, on-brand content that grows reach, engagement and qualified interest.
• Measurement: Maintain a simple weekly dashboard, share learnings and recommend the next experiments.

What we are looking for

• Recent graduate or early-career candidate in marketing, business, communications, sports, health, hospitality or a related fieeld.
• Confiedent communicator who is comfortable initiating outreach and building relationships in person and online.
• Commercially curious, organised and motivated by clear goals and visible results.
• Able to work independently, prioritise a fleexible schedule and follow through consistently.
• Interest in fietness, wellness, consumer technology or local communities is strongly preferred.

Experience from university societies, internships, retail, hospitality, events, creator work or sales is welcome - formal growth experience is not required.

COMPENSATION & PERFORMANCE

A meaningful guaranteed base, with transparent upside for measurable results.

How compensation works

The base rate is $21-$22 per hour for an agreed schedule of 20-30 hours per week. At the selected schedule, the guaranteed base is designed to represent approximately 60-70% of target compensation; the remaining 30-40% is performance-based upside. Monthly bonuses can reach $1,500-$2,000 for exceptional, verified performance against agreed targets.

Figures use 52 weeks per year and 4.33 weeks per month. Actual pay follows approved hours worked and applicable payroll or contract terms.

Monthly scorecard

At the start of each month, miniPT and the associate will agree written targets appropriate to the selected schedule, campaign plan and available market opportunity. Results should be attributable, recorded in the agreed tracking system and reviewed monthly.

• 125-149% | $1,000-$1,500 | Strong outperformance with quality maintained.
• 150%+ | $1,500-$2,000 | Exceptional result; maximum requires conversion and retention safeguards.

Final targets, attribution rules, quality thresholds and bonus amounts will be documented before each measurement period. Bonuses are not earned on fraudulent, duplicate, cancelled or otherwise ineligible activity, and may be prorated for a shorter approved schedule or partial month.

Growth path

Strong performers can increase their hours, take ownership of larger campaigns and partnership channels, and grow into broader growth, partnerships or community leadership responsibilities as miniPT scales.

Working style

Hours can be arranged flexibly around agreed priorities, meetings, events and response times. The role combines remote planning and digital work with local activity in San Francisco when useful. Exact working arrangements and engagement terms will be confirmed with the successful candidate.
