Our expertise in communication, media strategy, marketing operations, and digital transformations has positioned us uniquely to provide significant growth and value to our clients. We are continuing to grow at a rapid pace and are seeking a Growth & Partnerships Manager to help support our team in the United Arab Emirates.
The Role:
As a Growth & Partnerships Manager at Mbrace, you will drive revenue growth by winning new clients, expanding existing accounts, and developing strategic partnerships. You will own the business development cycle, from identifying opportunities and leading pitches to negotiating and closing deals; with clear accountability for agreed revenue targets.
Working closely with our strategy, creative, digital, and account management teams, you will turn client needs into compelling proposals and profitable, long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Win new business: Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, referrals, and market research.

- Own revenue targets: Develop and execute a growth plan to achieve agreed targets for new business, account expansion, and partnership-generated revenue.
- Lead the sales cycle: Manage discovery meetings, credentials presentations, proposals, pitches, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Build strategic partnerships: Establish and activate relationships with referral partners and complementary businesses that generate qualified leads and commercial opportunities.
- Develop compelling proposals: Work with internal teams to shape solutions, scopes, timelines, and pricing that address client objectives and support agency profitability.
- Strengthen relationships: Build trusted relationships with decision makers, existing clients, and industry stakeholders, positioning Mbrace for repeat business and long-term collaboration.
- Manage the pipeline: Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast revenue, and report on pipeline health, conversions, and performance against targets.
- Identify market opportunities: Monitor client needs, industry developments, and competitors to identify relevant sectors, prospects, and service opportunities.
- Ensure effective handovers: Coordinate with account management and delivery teams to ensure signed agreements, commitments, and client expectations are clearly documented and understood.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum four years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or commercial partnerships, including experience within a marketing, advertising, or creative agency. Agency experience is essential.
- Demonstrated success in winning agency clients, achieving revenue targets, and growing existing accounts.
- Strong understanding of agency services and the ability to connect strategic, creative, digital, and production capabilities to client needs.
- Confidence in leading client meetings, delivering presentations, developing proposals, and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Commercial awareness, including an understanding of pricing, scope, and profitability.
- Strong relationship building skills and the ability to engage senior decision makers.
- Ability to manage opportunities independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- UAE/GCC market experience and an established professional network are advantageous.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary and performance-based commission structure.
- Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
- Flexible work arrangements, subject to client and business requirements.
- A collaborative agency environment with exposure to diverse clients and projects.
