Growth & Performance Associate

Job Summary

We're looking for an ambitious and people-oriented Growth Performance Associate to support the growth of our real estate team across internal marketing, inside sales outreach, and team performance coaching. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an understanding of psychology and human behaviour, excellent relationship-building abilities, strong writing and content skills, and the ability to work confidently with clear performance targets and weekly numbers.

Responsibilities

• Own the voice, content calendar, messaging, and communication rhythm of the West Chennai branch across LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other digital platforms
• Develop and coordinate brand and recruitment content including founder-narrated video series, archetype stories, team stories, and branch-focused campaigns
• Build the West Chennai branch into a recognisable destination for high-quality real estate talent through consistent and engaging content
• Coordinate with HRR's corporate marketing team and external vendors for video editing, graphic design, paid advertising, and other production requirements
• Run structured cold and warm outreach through the Branch Head's internal lead management system (LMS), past clients, referral sources, and dormant contacts
• Qualify prospects, set appointments for the Branch Head, and route relevant leads to the appropriate realtor
• Maintain accurate and updated lead information in the LMS and ensure consistent follow-up
• Support the onboarding and ramp-up of new realtors through structure, accountability, communication, and confidence-building
• Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins with new joiners and monitor activity against established benchmarks including exclusive listings, social posts, advertisements, signboards, caravans, and other business-development activities
• Identify performance gaps, understand behavioural and motivational challenges, and help team members get unstuck
• Gradually expand coaching and performance-support responsibilities to the wider realtor team as business knowledge and credibility develop

Requirements

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Strong understanding of psychology, human behaviour, motivation, and communication
• Comfortable speaking with people over the phone and in person
• Strong content-writing and social media communication skills
• Ability to read people, build trust quickly, and understand what motivates others
• Strong organisational, follow-up, and relationship-management skills
• Comfortable working with structured targets and clear weekly performance metrics
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities across marketing, outreach, and team development
• Proactive, ambitious, consistent, and highly accountable
• Experience creating content for Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or other social media platforms
• Experience with CRM/LMS or lead-management systems
• Experience in sales outreach, telecalling, relationship management, or appointment setting
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, onboarding, or team development
• Understanding of social media marketing and personal branding
• Strong interest in psychology, human behaviour, communication, motivation, and performance
• Experience in real estate, financial services, hospitality, luxury, or other relationship-driven industries is an advantage
• Fluent in English
• Tamil and English are mandatory
