Growth & Relationship Manager

International Contests Center (ICC) is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Growth & Relationship Manager to expand institutional partnerships and strengthen relationships with schools, colleges, universities and other educational organizations.

The successful candidate will lead relationship-building, presentations, business-development initiatives and follow-up activities while helping ICC connect more students with national and international academic opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strong, long-term relationships with educational institutions.
• Identify and pursue new partnership and business-development opportunities.
• Conduct professional presentations for school leaders, coordinators and management teams.
• Promote ICC Olympiads, academic contests and educational programs.
• Prepare proposals, agreements and partnership communications.
• Manage institutional follow-ups and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Achieve monthly growth and performance targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and support.
• Monitor education-sector trends and relevant competitor activities.
• Prepare regular relationship-management and performance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in growth, sales, business development, institutional partnerships or relationship management.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership, planning and relationship-building abilities.
• Confidence in dealing with school principals, coordinators and senior management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Education-sector experience will be preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for institutional visits and meetings.
