Growth & Research Associate

Job summary:
Supports the company’s growth initiatives through market research, data analysis, customer research, survey development, and performance tracking. Provides research-based insights and recommendations to support business and marketing decisions.

Qualifications & requirements

Education: College Graduate; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field

Experience:

• 0–6+ months of relevant experience in Marketing, Market Research, Business Development, or Data Analysis
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship or research experience are welcome

Skills / License

• Knowledgeable in market research and data analysis
• Skilled in survey design, data gathering, and performance tracking
• Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Strong analytical, research, and critical-thinking skills
• Good communication and report-writing skills
• No professional license required; relevant certifications are an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market, customer, competitor, and industry research
• Gather, organize, and analyze market and business data
• Design and conduct surveys and customer research
• Track marketing, sales, and other relevant performance metrics
• Identify market trends, customer insights, growth opportunities, and potential risks
• Prepare research reports, dashboards, presentations, and recommendations
• Assist in developing and evaluating marketing and growth strategies
• Maintain organized research data, reports, and documentation
• Coordinate with relevant departments to gather and validate information
• Perform other research, analysis, and growth-related tasks as assigned

Pay: Php12,000.00 - Php13,000.00 per month
