Growth & Sales Associate

IntelGrader is building AI learning intelligence for handwritten student work: grading, feedback, insights, and remediation for schools, coaching centres, and teachers.

We are looking for a high-ownership Founder's Office - Sales & GTM team member to help take IntelGrader to market.

This is a 0-to-1 role where you will work directly with the founders across customer conversations, outbound sales, demos, GTM experiments, partnerships, marketing, sales operations, and AI-led internal automations.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to schools, coaching centres, teachers, and education operators

• Run outbound experiments across calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and field channels

• Set up and participate in customer calls and product demos

• Build lead lists, track follow-ups, and maintain CRM hygiene

• Support partnerships, GTM campaigns, and founder-led growth experiments

• Capture customer feedback and work closely with product/founders

• Use AI tools to make research, outreach, follow-ups, and operations sharper and faster

We are looking for someone who is:

• Hungry, curious, high-energy, and comfortable with ambiguity

• Good at communication, follow-ups, and persuasion

• Excited by customers, sales, education, startups, and AI

• Comfortable working from office in Gurugram

• Able to figure things out without waiting for perfect instructions

This is an early-stage role with direct founder exposure and fast learning.
