Growth and Strategy Intern

Were looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Growth and Strategy Intern based in Bangalore to join our team and support key business functions across growth, marketing, and operations. As a Growth and Strategy Intern, youll collaborate with the founders and core team, helping drive cross-functional projects, streamline internal processes, and contribute to client success. This internship will give you hands-on experience across SEO, digital marketing, and business development in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with founders and leadership on business growth and strategic initiatives.
• Assist with SEO research, content planning, and marketing execution across various channels.
• Help with client-facing deliverables and ensure the timely completion of tasks impacting client success.
• Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and identify opportunities for efficiency and growth.
• Track key metrics and performance indicators, generating reports and insights.
• Maintain and update internal documentation and project tracking tools.
• Take ownership of coordination and administrative functions that keep teams aligned.
• Contribute proactively during team discussions to drive experimentation and improvement.

Qualifications:

• Currently based in Bangalore and able to work full-time from our office in HSR Layout.
• Strong interest in business strategy, marketing, SEO, and client operations.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
• Clear communication skills (written and verbal) with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a deadline-driven environment.
