We're looking for a Growth & Talent Engagement Catalyst to join our team in Bengaluru.

What You'll Do

You'll contribute across a range of initiatives, including:

• Recruitment & Talent Engagement
• Academic Partnerships & Campus Relations
• Candidate Deployment & Stakeholder Coordination
• Strategic Business Development
• Digital Marketing & Employer Branding

One week you may be coordinating a campus hiring drive, the next working with hiring managers, supporting industry partnerships, creating outreach campaigns, or helping execute a new growth initiative.

What We're Looking For

• 0–4 years of experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable engaging with both students and industry professionals
• Highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused
• Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Whether you're a recent graduate, an MBA candidate, a placement committee member, or someone with early experience in recruitment, partnerships, operations, or business development, this role offers the opportunity to build a broad and valuable skill set.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
