Job Summary

The Growth Associate will drive the acquisition and retention of recycling partners within an assigned territory. The role involves sourcing, onboarding, supporting, and managing field partners.

Responsibilities

* Prospect and onboard Agents, Processors, Merchants, and Logistics Partners.

* Maintain accurate records of leads, partner activities, and onboarding.

* Follow up with partners and resolve field-related issues.

* Support material recovery, partner training, activations, and asset delivery/recovery.

Requirements

* Minimum of SSCE certificate.

* Must have an Android phone and basic technology skills.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Familiarity with the assigned local area.

* Passion for sales, growth, and community impact.

Salary: ₦150,000 - ₦220,000 Net Monthly + Commission
