Growth Associate (GTM)

Jarvio is a US company with three Irish founders, building its go-to-market team in Austin.

We're changing how e-commerce brands sell across online channels, starting with Amazon. Huel, Sons, Everlast, GP Batteries and one of the NFL's merchandisers run on us. So do agencies managing a hundred brands at once. Great product, big market, growing very fast.

Everything commercial so far has been founder-led. This role is where that changes.

What we already run

We're not starting from scratch and you won't be inventing this on your own. We run:

• A product-led motion bringing in signups and demos every day
• An outbound engine
• Organic content
• Partners, affiliates and referrals
• eCommerce community events & conferences

Your job is to take all of it further. Run it day to day, work out what's actually converting, find the things we're not doing yet, and do them.

What you'll own

Signups and demos. In practice:

• Managing a big early-stage pipeline with hundreds of live conversations at once
• Running the outbound sequences and the tooling behind them
• Chasing every inbound signup
• Getting in front of people at events and in the communities our customers live in
• Finding new channels we haven't tried

Who we want

• Charismatic, outgoing, high energy. People like talking to you
• Comfortable picking up the phone, walking into a room, and asking for what you want
• You follow up before anyone reminds you
• Hacky. You'll wire something up in Claude and turn up on a Tuesday with something nobody asked for
• Time around Amazon, DTC or e-commerce helps, but figuring things out matters more

What you get

You work directly with the founder, in person. You'll hear the sales calls, see how the decisions get made, and learn faster than you would anywhere else. Helping write the playbook as we scale.
