Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Growth Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, executing, and optimizing growth strategies across the entire customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of marketing and product principles to drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to achieve ambitious user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue targets.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to optimize conversion rates and user engagement across various channels and product touchpoints.
• Identify new growth opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, user feedback, and data analysis.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to align growth initiatives with overall company objectives.
• Utilize analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track campaign performance, and generate actionable insights.
• Manage and optimize various acquisition channels, including paid advertising (SEM, Social), SEO, content marketing, and referral programs.
• Develop and refine user segmentation strategies to personalize experiences and improve engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, growth hacking techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously improve strategies.
• Present findings, recommendations, and results to stakeholders regularly.
