Pay: $19–$22/hour

The role

As a Growth Coach, you'll work one-on-one with clients — in the community, in our office, or in their own homes — to bring their individualized growth plan to life. This is Tailored Day Service: your job isn't to do things for someone, it's to work alongside them, helping them make gradual, real progress toward the goals in their plan while keeping them in the driver's seat of their own life.

Every client and every day looks different. One afternoon might be exploring a new part of the community, another might be practicing a life skill, building toward a personal goal, or working through something hard. The heart of it is always the same: building a genuine relationship and using it to help someone move forward.

What you'll do

• Work 1:1 with clients to implement their individualized growth plan and move steadily toward their goals
• Build real rapport and provide multi-faceted, person-centered support — emotional, practical, and resource-based
• Find creative, individualized approaches to explore each client's growth paths
• Support community integration and exploration, and teach community safety along the way
• Read what a client needs in the moment and adjust daily and weekly activities accordingly — while keeping everything aligned to their plan
• Document your work clearly and accurately
• Pivot when the day calls for it, without losing sight of the bigger plan
• Transport clients when needed

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in 1:1 development, direct support, mentoring, or community-based work
• Someone who leads with compassion, curiosity, and engagement — not correction and control
• A natural relationship-builder who can meet people where they are
• Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable with days that don't go to script
• Reliable and dependable — the people you support are counting on you to show up
• Willing and able to transport clients; reliable transportation, valid license, clean driving record
• Clear, consistent documentation habits

Strong pluses (not required)

• RBT certification (preferred)
• Experience with group activities, job coaching, or behavior management
• Growth or service plan development experience
• Arts and crafts expertise of any kind — a real asset for creative, engaging sessions

Schedule

Part-time, 20–30 hours per week. The schedule can be very flexible — daytime hours are most likely, but you'll need flexibility for occasional swing shift, early morning, and weekend availability depending on client needs. Additional flexibility is a real advantage in this role.
