About the role

The Touch is a holistic beauty and wellness clinic with 18 branches across Bangkok, undergoing a major transformation from a traditional beauty clinic to a trusted brand for beauty, health, and long-term self-care.

Key responsibilities

• Produce ad creative and performance content with clear objectives that make viewers want to book.
• Run systematic creative testing by setting hypotheses, creating variations, reading results, finding winners, and repeating.
• Work closely with the ad-buying team to produce content that proves data insights quickly.
• Use AI to accelerate production by drafting dozens of hooks, creating variations, and summarizing test learnings before applying judgment to select the right ones.
• Analyze winning advertisements in the Thai and global markets and explain why they work before adapting them for our use.

About you

• Direct-response copywriting: hook in the first 3 seconds, angles that hit real pain points, CTAs that people actually click.

• Reading dashboards: CTR, CPL, retention curves, and translating numbers into next-step decisions.

• Editing short clips yourself (CapCut / Premiere) at a level where you can deliver without waiting for a team.

• Using AI in performance work effectively or ready to learn until it becomes a weapon; people who produce 10x output in the same time are what we need.

• Not attached to your own work; if data says it lost, discard and remake.

• Speed is a habit, not effort.

• Thinking outside the box with purpose: breaking rules to convert, not breaking rules for the sake of it.

• Enjoying competition with the market, with last month, with yourself.

Basic qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field; journalism, literature, marketing, or related fields are advantageous but portfolio matters more than degree.

• 2+ years performance creative / ad content experience with real advertising budget, not just organic work.

• Professional-level Thai writing; English reading level sufficient for trends and foreign references.

• Can edit short clips yourself (CapCut / Premiere) at delivery-ready level.

• English sufficient for work communication, coordinating with foreign brands, agencies, or creators when needed.

• Portfolio or real work links required with application; applications without work samples will not be considered.

• AI is a team member, not a threat. We use AI in real work every day from ideation to production to analysis. You don't need to be an AI expert on day one, but you must be hungry to learn and use it artfully. People skilled with AI don't replace anyone, but people who reject it will fall behind the team.
• Work systematically, not by mood. Every task has a brief, an owner, a deadline, and measurement for development, not blame.
• Numbers are the common language. We argue with data, not position. A junior's idea backed by numbers beats a manager's opinion without them.
• Think outside the box but measure clearly. We want people brave enough to do what this industry hasn't done yet, and fair enough to let numbers decide if it works.
• Staying on trend is a habit. The social world changes every week. We need people naturally in it, not waiting for training.
