About the Role

Petra Labs wants someone to help build its GTM/growth engine from the ground up , particularly around AI-native growth and marketing systems.

Pipeline & Demand Generation

• Build qualified enterprise pipeline.
• Design targeted outbound campaigns for:
• Marketing leaders
• VPs
• CMOs
• Own initiatives end-to-end.
• Determine targeting, messaging and post-conversion processes.
• Analyze channel performance and identify bottlenecks.
• Constantly test:
• New channels
• Messaging
• Audiences
• Offers
• Formats
• Build repeatable systems once successful approaches are identified.

What They're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience building a growth channel.
• Experience taking something from zero to actual pipeline/revenue .
• Strong analytical/numerical ability.
• Ability to build models and analyze dashboards independently.
• Comfortable setting up CRM workflows and automations.
• Strong writing ability—particularly simplifying technical/complex concepts.
• Comfortable selling services rather than a simple SaaS subscription.
• Comfortable with significant ownership in an early-stage company.
• AI-native mindset; familiarity is useful, but willingness to learn is emphasized.
