Growth Engineer

For our client, we are seeking a Growth Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will shape the digital growth engine behind the company's website and related customer experiences. You will own the technical foundation that supports experimentation, attribution, SEO/AEO performance, and localization as the organization scales. Partnering closely with marketing operations, brand, and design, you will help turn strategic ideas into interactive, measurable experiences that support business growth.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $160,000 – $280,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end architecture and structure of the company website.
• Set the technical vision for the website stack and CMS evolution.
• Collaborate with brand and design teams to create interactive experiences.
• Implement instrumentation for data tracking and attribution in partnership with marketing operations.
• Establish the technical foundation for localization as the company scales.
• Implement engineering practices that enable rapid, confident shipping.
• Drive the technical aspects of SEO and AEO programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software development, web development, AI/ML engineering, or growth engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, Node, or similar technologies across the stack.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, especially large language models and prompt engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and master new domains.
• High agency with a proactive approach to defining and executing work.
• Strong understanding of AI agent frameworks and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-engineering teams.
