ScaleX Media is a growth and business-building agency for creators, coaches, experts and education businesses, including some of India's top coaches. We work across growth strategy, offers, funnels, marketing, sales and execution.

We never look at a funnel in isolation. We look at the whole business: what we're building, why we're building it, how it should grow, and how the pieces fit

The Role You'll work very closely with our Growth Lead across live client projects and shadow how they think about businesses, funnels and growth. You'll sit in on strategy discussions, bring your own ideas to the table, and slowly build your own strategic thinking.

But the bigger part of the job is this: take the strategy and make it happen.

A strategy on a doc is just an idea. You'll figure out how to build it, launch it and get it live, working with Operations, Performance Marketing, Design, Web, Automations and Sales to get there along with the Growth Lead.

What You'll Do Learn the thinking

• Shadow the Growth Lead and understand the strategy behind each project
• Get to know each client's business, offer, audience and goals
• Join strategy discussions and brainstorms, and contribute ideas
• Learn how growth strategies get built and turned into execution

Make it happen (the core of the role)

• Turn strategies into things that are built, launched and live
• Take ownership of your projects and workstreams and see them through to completion
• Get every team involved aligned and moving in the same direction
• Follow up on dependencies and pending actions before they become delays
• Spot what's blocking execution and work to clear it
• Make sure ideas don't stay ideas

Read the business

• Track funnel performance, conversion, revenue, KPIs, customer journey and bottlenecks
• Ask: What's happening? Why? What does it mean for the business? What do we do next?
• You'll work closely with teams across: Operations | Performance Marketing | Design | Web | Automations | Sales

You don't need to know everything. We're not looking for someone who has mastered growth, funnels or strategy. We're looking for the right thinking, curiosity, drive and ownership to learn fast and grow into the role.

Experience: 1-2 years in growth, strategy, marketing, startups, operations, business or- similar roles. Your last title matters less than how you think.
