Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Growth Head – Marketing to lead marketing strategies and drive business growth, brand visibility, lead generation, and student admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business growth.
• Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns.
• Generate quality leads through digital marketing, social media, events, and other channels.
• Develop strategies to increase student enquiries, conversions, and admissions.
• Monitor marketing performance, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Manage and guide the marketing team to achieve monthly targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and counselling teams for effective lead conversion.
• Identify new marketing opportunities and growth channels.
• Plan college visits, seminars, workshops, career events, and promotional activities.
• Develop and maintain the organization's brand presence across digital platforms.
• Coordinate with content, graphic design, and social media teams for marketing campaigns.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare monthly marketing and growth reports for management.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.
• Develop strategies for branch-wise and course-wise growth.
• Build partnerships and promotional opportunities with colleges and institutions.
• Track market trends and implement innovative marketing strategies.
• Take ownership of overall marketing performance and business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, growth, business development, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and lead-generation strategies.
• Experience in managing marketing teams and campaigns.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
• Experience in the education/training industry is an advantage.
