Growth Head - D2C

COWBERRY is seeking a Growth Performance Marketing Architect to lead end-to-end digital growth, app acquisition, lifecycle marketing, retention automation, and revenue optimization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and scale performance marketing across Meta, Google, YouTube, app campaigns, display, and retargeting channels.

• Drive app downloads, user acquisition, activation, engagement, and conversion.

• Build and optimize the complete customer lifecycle:

• Acquisition

• Activation

• Retention

• Expansion

• Develop structured testing frameworks across creatives, targeting, landing pages, funnels, and customer journeys.

• Create and manage WhatsApp automation flows, push notification journeys, and SMS-based retention systems.

• Build churn-reduction, win-back, and resurrection funnels.

• Improve ROAS, CAC, LTV, retention, and conversion metrics through data-driven optimization.

• Identify monetization opportunities through partnerships, integrations, and growth collaborations.

• Analyze campaign and customer data to improve overall growth performance.

Requirements

• 4 - 8+ years of experience in Performance Marketing / Growth Marketing.
• Strong expertise in app growth, lifecycle marketing, CRM automation, and retention systems.
• Deep understanding of ROAS, CAC, LTV, retention, and funnel optimization.
• Experience in D2C, subscription, FMCG, wellness, or consumer brands preferred.
• Strong analytical and execution capabilities with a growth-focused mindset.
