Role Overview

The Growth Lead is a data-driven execution powerhouse responsible for driving user awareness, acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue. The employee leads the distribution function spanning marketing, community, and growth execution.

This role sets the overarching growth strategy, owns the growth data stack, and aligns growth priorities across all subsidiaries. In addition to setting strategy, this role is hands-on: personally executing paid digital marketing and conversion optimization programs.

Core Objectives & Expectations

• Scale High-Performance Acquisition: Budget, manage, and continuously optimize multi-channel paid ad accounts (Meta, Google, TikTok, X, etc.) to capture high-intent users efficiently.
• Optimize Funnel Mechanics: Own the end-to-end quantitative conversion metrics across the entire customer funnel from anonymous landing page visits down to registration, KYC verification, and transaction execution.
• Master the Lifecycle Engine: Architect and deploy automated, behavior-driven email, push notifications, and in-app messages inside lifecycle platforms to guide users past onboarding friction points.
• Drive Rapid Growth Experimentation: Run a structured, continuous testing pipeline across ad copy, landing page layouts, registration funnels, UGCs, and referral programs to consistently lower CAC and expand product share.
• Build referral and virality programs: Leverage the referral growth system to drive customer acquisition and virality.
• Drive Revenue Growth: Own post-activation metrics tied to transaction volume, repeat usage, and fee revenue, using different strategies to increase transaction frequency and average transaction value across activated users.
• Comprehension-Driven Conversion Diagnostics: Use qualitative testing tools (session recordings, heatmaps, funnel analytics) to identify where users stall or abandon transactions due to unclear terminology, product value, or compliance requirements, and re-test conversion impact once messaging changes ship.

What We Are Looking For

• Paid social expertise: has managed real budgets on Meta, TikTok, and X Ads, not just boosted posts.
• Data and analytics fluency: lives in dashboards, not just gut-feel marketing
• A/B testing discipline: structured hypothesis, execution, and decision-making
• Referral and viral loop mechanics: understands K-factor and incentive design
• UTM tracking and attribution: every campaign and KOL must be trackable
• Experience in fintech, crypto, or payments: Nigerian market knowledge is a strong plus
