What you will do

As the Growth Lead Creator, you will drive creator acquisition and engagement across our platform, optimizing the pathways that bring creators into campaigns and scale their earning potential.

What we are looking for

You bring a strong background in growth marketing, ideally within creator economies, marketplaces, or fast-paced startup environments, coupled with a hands-on approach to scaling user acquisition.

Your first months at WePush

In your first months, you will take on core growth initiatives, analyze creator activation funnels, and ship your first optimization loops to connect more creators with brand campaigns.

Compensation

The salary for this role is EUR 65,000–85,000 per year.
