Growth Manager - Business Development

Core Responsibilities:

• Onboarding local / Neighborhood clinics in Dental & Wellness category from designated region / City
• Achieving BD / SPANCO targets through all the clinics present in the city.
• Connecting with the key stakeholders of the clinic and maintaining a cordial relationship for generating further sales.
• Handing over the clinic to Regional KAM / City head for nurturing.
• Closing the deals and documentation, and proper follow up to complete the sales cycle.
• Coordinating with Ops & Marketing to conduct smooth onboarding, transitioning & Collateral placements

Preference and Experience:

• Retail sales and key account management.
• Strong sales skills including - closing skills, motivation, prospecting, planning, selling to customer needs, territory management, market knowledge, presentation skills, energy levels and meeting sales goals.
• Relationship management, strategy development, problem solving and change management skills.
• Professional and positive approach, self-motivated, strong in building relationship, team player, dynamic, creative with ability to work on own initiative.
• Excellent interpersonal skills as well as strong oral and written communication skills.
• Business related computer skills.
• Strong business acumen and market orientation skills.
• Self driven and Target oriented.
