- 负责中文市场的用户增长，提升用户规模与交易活跃度
- 拓展并管理中文地区的 KOL 合作，评估渠道价值，推动高效转化
- 寻找并对接媒体、社区等潜在合作伙伴，提升品牌在中文语区的影响力与认知度
【任职要求】
- 至少 2 年加密行业从业经验，深入了解crypto 项目生态和meme文化
- 具备 KOL 背景或曾负责内容/社群增长者优先
- 中文为主要工作语言，具备第二语言能力者（英文、韩语、越南语、俄罗斯语）加分
- 拥有成熟的媒体、KOL 或社区资源，能直接推动合作落地者优先
- 沟通能力强，学习能力强，能快速适应变化、独立解决问题
- 对行业趋势敏感，具备强执行力、自驱力和结果导向思维
- 有丰富的链上交易、交互经验者优先考虑
- 本科及以上学历，知名院校加分
- 有交易机器人（trading bot）相关项目经验者优先考虑
