What they need
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Youtube Ads and XiaoHongShu.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales strategies to drive growth and engage new channels
- Manage ad budgets and improve ROI and CPA through audience targeting, A/B testing, creative optimization and drive lower CAC
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-develop and iteratively test new ad solutions with agility and speed
- Grow organic presence on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and XiaoHongShu
- Analyze campaign performance data and deliver actionable insights to improve results
- Oversee SEO and performance marketing strategies, collaborate with the team to build and execute strategies to increase organic visibility and search rankings
- Conduct keyword research, perform content optimization, and manage on-page/off-page SEO tasks
- Manage social media advertising campaigns including building campaigns from scratch, optimizing and making daily adjustments as necessary
