Growth Manager

Job Summary

This is a remote position. We are looking for Growth Managers to join Nivetha E-Academy, where you will mentor and guide aspiring e-commerce entrepreneurs. As a Growth Manager, you will act as a bridge between students and the academy, ensuring they receive the right support, resources, and motivation to succeed in their e-commerce journey.

Responsibilities

• Student Engagement Support: Assist students in building a strong connection with the academy team.
• Student Management: Manage and communicate with an assigned batch of 100 students to ensure their progress.
• Live Sessions Guidance: Conduct live calls to track student progress and address their challenges.
• E-commerce Strategy Sharing: Provide insights on sales growth, inventory management, and business optimization.
• Community Building: Foster a supportive environment that encourages networking and collaboration.
• Remote Work Flexibility: Work from anywhere with a flexible schedule.

Requirements

• E-commerce Knowledge: Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, sales strategies, and inventory management.
• Mentorship Skills: Ability to guide and motivate students to stay on track and achieve their goals.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Experience in E-commerce: Prior experience in selling online or managing e-commerce businesses is a plus.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using online tools for communication, including Zoom, WhatsApp, and learning platforms.
• Time Management: Ability to handle multiple students and provide timely support.
• Commitment: Willingness to dedicate time to mentoring and supporting students consistently.
