About the role

HrZen is Pacific Equities Group's all-in-one payroll tool for scheduling, attendance, and requests — replacing manual computations and paper records for Philippine employers.

As Growth Manager for HrZen in Cebu, you'll own acquisition and retention for the platform end to end:

• Own acquisition and retention for HrZen's payroll and workforce platform end to end.

Key responsibilities

• Own acquisition and retention for HrZen's payroll and workforce platform end to end
• Design and run growth loops and experiments across the funnel — from first touch to activated, paying accounts
• Develop and execute growth campaigns that attract restaurant owners, cafe owners, food business operators, and F&B decision-makers
• Plan local activations, trade show campaigns, webinars, demos, and community partnerships for the F&B market
• Build partnerships with restaurant groups, cafe communities, food business associations, franchisors, suppliers, POS providers, payroll consultants, and hospitality networks
• Work with the sales team to create lead generation campaigns, outreach angles, follow-up sequences, sales decks, flyers, booth materials, and demo scripts
• Create campaign angles around common F&B pain points such as payroll, attendance, staff scheduling, compliance, employee records, onboarding, and HR admin
• Manage the growth funnel from awareness to lead capture, demo booking, nurturing, and sales handoff
• Track growth metrics such as qualified leads, demo requests, event leads, booth inquiries, conversion rates, and sales opportunities
• Gather insights from F&B owners and operators to improve HRZen's messaging, offers, and go-to-market strategy
