Growth Manager

$100,000-$140,000 base + super + performance bonus, depending on experience

EasyAsset is building a simpler way for Australian businesses to find, finance, insure and manage the assets they need .

We’re an established, growing business across B2B marketplaces and commercial finance, and we’re looking for a Growth Manager to drive key marketing initiatives.

📈 What you’ll work on

• Growth strategy: Spot opportunities and help turn them into clear priorities.
• Performance marketing: Help improve our acquisition channels, including paid search.
• Conversion: Contribute ideas and improvements across landing pages, funnels, messaging and buyer journeys.
• Organic growth: Support SEO, content and emerging GEO / AI search initiatives.
• Experimentation: Run tests, learn from the results and help expand what works.
• Commercial performance: Use lead quality, customer value and revenue data to guide your work.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the team, share what you learn and help lift the quality of our work.
• Follow-through: Take responsibility for your projects and keep people updated on progress.
• Systems: Help improve the processes that make marketing work more smoothly.
• AI: Use AI practically to work faster, uncover insights and improve results.

🧠 What we’re looking for

You do not need to be the deepest specialist in every marketing discipline.

You do need enough experience and judgment to know what matters, what good looks like, what should happen next and when something is not good enough .

You’ll likely have strong experience in digital growth or performance marketing, with depth in some combination of:

• Paid acquisition
• CRO and funnel optimisation
• Analytics
• SEO and content
• Growth experimentation

Most importantly, you’ve shown that you can own outcomes rather than wait for direction .
