Growth Manager

Founded in 2019, Machina Games is a leading mobile game studio specializing in puzzle games. Since our founding, we have been innovating and staying true to our mission: making games that have never been played before. Having launched two hit titles, Card Shuffle Sort and Sort Dash , we are now looking for talented individuals to help us build our next innovative puzzle game.

We are currently looking for a growth manager to be responsible for finding innovative ways to improve our games, maximize player reach, and make data driven decisions about the campaigns.

Requirements

• A genuine passion for building and growing successful mobile games
• Minimum of one year of direct experience in performance marketing
• Professional background working within the mobile gaming industry is required
• Proven track record of managing paid user acquisition campaigns for mobile games
• Strong analytical skills paired with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative approach to teamwork
• Self-motivated with the capacity to work effectively independently or within a team
• Highly developed analytical thinking and practical problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Have the full ownership of the game growth and marketing strategy.
• Plan and execute user acquisition campaigns across major ad platforms
• Track campaign performance to improve key metrics like ROAS, CPI, LTV, and retention
• Partner with artists and creative teams to develop and execute ad creation strategy
• Analyze data to find growth opportunities and make marketing more efficient
• Manage budgets and shift spending to the best-performing channels
• Stay current on market trends, competitor actions, and new user acquisition strategies
