Growth Manager

Job summary

We are hiring a Growth Manager for one reason: to drive revenue at BCS. You will own the company’s revenue target, and everything you do, from building the pipeline to leading the team, exists to bring in more paying clients and more money.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• You are accountable for BCS’s monthly and quarterly revenue across all service lines
• Personally sell, negotiate, and close new business, and bring in the biggest accounts yourself
• Generate leads daily and keep a full, tracked pipeline from first contact to payment
• Find new corporate clients, partnerships and markets, including for BCS Energy
• Win repeat business and upsell to every client we already serve
• Recruit, coach and set sales targets for the team, and hold each person accountable for their number
• Work with brand and communications to convert campaigns into qualified leads and signed clients
• Give the CEO a weekly and monthly report on revenue, pipeline value, conversion rates, and forecast

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience
• A minimum of a degree in a related field
