Saksı Kampüs is an EdTech startup making personalized education scalable through expert instructors, interactive learning tools, and curated content. We help students succeed in international curricula and exams, including IB, AP, SAT and Cambridge.

We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Manager who has helped an early-stage or high-growth startup scale . You’ll work directly with the founders and collaborate with our product team to grow our education services and Saksı AI, our AI-powered learning product.

This role combines product marketing, growth experimentation, and lifecycle marketing. You should be comfortable setting a strategy, launching campaigns and using the results to optimize.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a marketing roadmap across acquisition, engagement, retention and revenue.
• Translate product capabilities into clear messaging, engaging demonstrations, and campaigns that attract students and parents.
• Positioning, pricing and conversion strategies for B2C subscription products. Define and track KPIs such as, trial-to-paid conversion, CAC, retention, and LTV.
• Take campaigns from idea to launch, test distribution channels and scale approaches that deliver measurable results.
• Build a consistent content pipeline, coordinate freelancers and creators, and develop shareable content and referral initiatives for Saksı AI.
• Work with the product team on onboarding, lifecycle communications, gamification and experiments that help learners build lasting study habits.
• Use analytics and AI tools to build dynamic reports and turn findings into clear growth decisions.

What we’re looking for

• 4+ years of experience in growth, product marketing, or growth marketing, including hands-on experience at an early-stage or high-growth technology company.
• A track record of delivering measurable improvements in user acquisition, conversion, retention, or revenue and the ability to explain your contribution.
• Experience growing B2C subscription products , with a solid understanding of funnels, cohort analysis, experimentation, and unit economics.
• Strong analytical judgment: you can interpret data, prioritize opportunities, and make decisions with incomplete information.
• Clear, persuasive writing skills and strong written English for LinkedIn, product messaging, and international content.
• A systematic approach to content production and experience coordinating freelancers, creators, or external partners.
• The ownership and pace needed to work closely with founders, manage competing priorities and follow through on weekly goals.

Particularly relevant experience

• Owning the marketing startegies or building growth processes from scratch at an early-stage startup.
• Growing an EdTech, AI, consumer app or digital learning product.
• Running creator-led, referral, community or organic growth initiatives.
• Supporting product launches or expansion into international markets.
