Growth Manager (DTC eCommerce)

About the role

Growth Manager role to own the DTC P&L end-to-end. You'll own paid strategy, creative testing, the website, the offer calendar, retention, and the Two Dudes Growth Calendar. You'll direct specialist partners (media buying, retention, dev) rather than doing everything yourself, but you'll know how every part works. You'll report directly to Tom (co-founder) with real authority: budgets, partner arrangements, the roadmap. If you deliver, the Head of Growth role is yours to earn as the business continues to grow.

Key responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition across Meta, Google and emerging channels. Full funnel, maximising contribution margin
• Lead paid creative strategy. Brief our content team to deliver winning ads
• Build creative testing systems: hypothesis-driven, isolated variables, relentless iteration
• Own measurement: blended CAC & MER, branded search lift, post-purchase attribution
• Own media buying outcomes - manage our fractional media buyer
• Own the Growth Calendar. Bring paid, content, retention, brand campaigns and A+ moments into one cohesive rollout rhythm
• Coordinate our content manager, media buyer, retention agency, co-founders, and partnerships manager. Keep everyone in sync to deliver growth
• Build and own the offer calendar. Bundles, launches, promos engineered to maximise LTV
• Model every offer on the P&L before it ships
• Own repeat rate, churn, subscription strategy, and obsession over CAC:LTV

About you

• Has a broad growth skillset - deep in creative, strong everywhere else
• Holds creative judgment, process, and analytics in one head
• Runs a tight ship. Project management chops to keep a multi-channel calendar and its people on track
• Can model a profitable offer on a P&L, not just ship promotions blindly
• Builds systems without being asked
• Is AI-native. You build automations and go wider as the tools get better
• Knows how the whole car works. Enough to fix it when it breaks, and to call BS when an agency tells you something that isn't actually best practice
• 3-6 years in growth, eCommerce or performance marketing
• Driven growth at a DTC consumer brand, or standout at an agency ready to go in-house and own the outcome
