About Clothify

Clothify is a technology-enabled laundry platform making laundry more convenient, reliable and accessible.

We are preparing for commercial launch and are looking for a growth-focused marketer to help introduce Clothify to the market, acquire customers and build a strong and recognisable brand.

About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Marketer who understands that marketing is more than posting content.

You will be responsible for developing and executing initiatives that increase brand awareness, attract new users, drive platform adoption and support customer retention.

The ideal candidate is creative, commercially minded and comfortable using data to understand what works and what needs to change.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth marketing plans.

• Identify and understand Clothify's target customer segments.

• Develop and execute customer acquisition campaigns.

• Manage Clothify's presence across relevant social media platforms.

• Develop and maintain a strategic content calendar.

• Coordinate content creation and execution.

• Explore partnerships, collaborations and other customer acquisition opportunities.

• Develop and test growth experiments.

• Support customer activation and retention initiatives.

• Manage email/newsletter marketing where applicable.

• Monitor campaign performance and marketing metrics.

• Analyse results and recommend improvements.

• Prepare regular marketing performance reports.

• Stay informed about relevant market and consumer trends.

• Ensure marketing activities align with Clothify's brand positioning and customer promise.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing or a related field.

• 3-4 years experience in digital marketing, growth marketing or a similar role.

• Experience managing social media platforms and digital campaigns.

• Strong understanding of customer acquisition and engagement.

• Ability to interpret marketing data and performance metrics.

• Strong communication and creative thinking skills.

• Ability to develop and execute ideas independently.

• Commercial mindset and strong problem-solving ability.

• Experience in a startup, technology, marketplace, e-commerce or consumer-facing business is an advantage.
