Growth Marketer

About the role

Do.ink is a Thai startup developing a Print-on-Demand (POD) platform that enables artists, creators, and influencers to build their own product brands instantly using a "Sell First, Print Later" model without requiring inventory investment. We are in a rapid scale-up phase and seeking team members with a startup mindset who are bold thinkers, action-takers, and ready to grow with us.

Key responsibilities

• User Acquisition & Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to attract new users from both creator and buyer sides
• Social Media & Content Direction: Direct content strategy across all social media channels, write scripts, brief teams, and maintain brand tone to drive traffic
• KOLs & Partnership: Identify, contact, and build connections with influencers and fashion/art pages to expand the user base
• Media Planning & Agency Management: Plan overall media strategy, manage budgets, and serve as the primary point of contact for briefing and reviewing work from agencies responsible for advertising and other functions
• Offline Marketing & Events: Plan and execute offline marketing activities such as setting up booths at Art Markets, fairs, and fashion events to promote the brand to target audiences

About you

• 2-4+ years of experience in Marketing, Growth Hacking, or Campaign Management
• Result-oriented with understanding of marketing funnels, customer journey, and performance advertising
• Strong negotiation skills with KOLs/Partners and high creativity
• Proficiency with basic tools such as Excel/Google Sheets for budget management and data reporting
• Understanding of consumer behaviour in fashion, art, or craft sectors (highly considered)
