Our client is a fast-growing technology company focused on building reliable digital infrastructure and scalable software solutions for modern businesses. They design and deploy robust platforms that power operations, connectivity, and service delivery across multiple sectors, with a strong emphasis on performance, security, and long-term scalability.

As the company continues to expand its mobile product offerings, they are seeking a hands-on Growth Marketer who can drive customer acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and transaction growth.

This role is ideal for a growth-focused marketer who can go beyond content creation and social media management to develop campaigns, execute marketing initiatives, analyse performance, and continously improve strategies based on measurable results.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop and execute growth and digital marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition and revenue growth
• Plan and implement customer acquisition campaigns across relevant digital channels
• Create and coordinate marketing content, campaign copy, promotions, and basic visual assets
• Manage and optimise paid digital advertising campaigns
• Develop promotional, referral, activation, and retention campaigns
• Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify growth opportunities
• Track and analyse key growth and marketing metrics
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven improvements
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey from registration through wallet funding, transactions, and repeat usage
• Work closely with Operations, Engineering, and Customer Support teams to improve customer experience and product adoption
• Test different growth initiatives, measure results, and iterate based on performance
• Support initiatives aimed at increasing transaction activity and customer retention

Job Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience running customer acquisition or growth campaigns
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, social media, and content marketing
• Experience with paid advertising platforms and campaign optimisation
• Ability to understand and track growth metrics and marketing performance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good copywriting and communication skills
• Proficiency with Canva or similar tools for creating basic marketing visuals
• Ability to translate data and customer behaviour into actionable growth strategies
• Creative, proactive, execution-oriented, and comfortable working independently
• Experience in fintech, payments, cryptocurrency, consumer applications, or related technology businesses is an advantage
• Strong ability to demonstrate measurable results from previous marketing or growth initiatives

Pay: ₦150,000.00 per month
