As a Growth Marketeer, you design and steer growth initiatives that translate commercial ambition into measurable traction. You combine market insight, data and experimentation to identify where growth lives — and how to unlock it across the full funnel. Working alongside Brand Strategists, Revenue Operations specialists and Client Delivery Directors, you help clients build a focused, scalable approach to growth.

Key responsibilities

Market & Audience Research

• Immerse yourself in clients' industries to understand customer behaviour, market trends and competitor activity.
• Use these insights to pinpoint the opportunities that set clients apart and spark meaningful growth.

Growth Marketing Strategy

• Craft holistic (growth) marketing plans that align with each client’s overarching business goals.
• Translate insights into actionable tactics, ensuring every initiative—from new channel exploration to funnel improvements—pushes the needle forward.

Channel Optimisation

• Test, refine, and scale acquisition channels to uncover the most profitable paths for growth.
• Continuously monitor performance to make data-driven decisions that optimise customer journeys and maximise ROI, keeping tracking and attribution clean along the way.

Experimentation & A/B Testing

• Champion an experiment-first culture, designing A/B tests to validate hypotheses around messaging, user experience and product-market fit.
• Analyse results and iterate quickly to steer ongoing improvements and keep the momentum going.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot and Amplitude, and keep the underlying CRM data clean and well-structured.
• Turn performance data into clear, actionable reporting that helps clients and internal teams make decisions.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Partner with cross-functional teams — including sales, RevOps, content, design and brand — to unify efforts around shared objectives.
• Offer strategic guidance and open communication to build trust and drive collective success.

What you'll bring

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing or a related B2B role
• Proven experience planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns across the full funnel (e.g. PPC, SEO, email marketing)
• A strategic, commercially minded marketer who translates business objectives into clear go-to-market priorities and actionable growth initiatives
• Hands-on experience with experimentation and optimization, including A/B testing and funnel experimentation
• Proficient with data-driven marketing and analytics tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Amplitude (or similar)
• Clear, structured communicator and storyteller, able to turn complex data and insights into compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Native or fluent in Dutch; excellent command of English.
• Based in (or close to) Amsterdam and willing to work on-site at least 4 days a week from our Amsterdam office, with travel to client locations as required by the role and project needs.
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands. We're unable to offer visa sponsorship or relocation support.
