Growth Marketer / Growth Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to increase qualified leads, customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue.
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and other relevant digital channels.
• Drive a consistent flow of qualified leads through paid, organic, and other growth channels.
• Monitor and optimize key performance metrics such as CPL, conversion rate, ROAS, CAC, lead quality, and revenue contribution.
• Develop and test different audiences, creatives, messaging, offers, and campaigns to identify opportunities for growth.
• Analyze the customer journey and identify opportunities to improve lead generation, conversion, and customer acquisition.
• Manage and optimize landing pages, lead forms, and conversion points to improve lead-to-customer conversion.
• Develop and manage remarketing, lifecycle, and re-engagement campaigns, including strategies for lost or inactive leads.
• Segment leads based on factors such as price objections, timing, customer needs, and lead behavior, and develop appropriate strategies to re-engage them.
• Analyze campaign and customer data by lead source, cohort, funnel stage, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to improve lead quality, conversion, and overall customer acquisition.
• Identify opportunities to improve the marketing funnel, customer experience, and overall growth process.
• Conduct regular campaign and growth reviews and use performance data to determine what should be scaled, optimized, tested, or discontinued.
• Maintain organized campaign structures, tracking systems, dashboards, reports, and growth experiments.
• Continuously test new channels, strategies, tools, messaging, and marketing approaches to discover scalable growth opportunities.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, advertising platforms, customer acquisition strategies, and growth marketing best practices.
• Take ownership of agreed growth, lead generation, conversion, and revenue targets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, Paid Media, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition, lead generation, conversion optimization, remarketing, and marketing funnels.
• Experience tracking and analyzing ROAS, CPL, CAC, conversion rates, lead quality, and other growth metrics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with landing page optimization, A/B testing, and growth experimentation is an advantage.
• Experience with CRM, lead tracking, analytics, marketing automation, or reporting platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives while maintaining accurate tracking and reporting.
• Creative, proactive, and highly accountable for business and campaign results.
• Strong organizational and process-management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, and other teams.
• Willingness to continuously test, learn, experiment, and improve based on performance data.
• Experience in solar energy, renewable energy, construction, or home improvement is an advantage.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
