Job Summary

The Sales, Growth & Marketing Associate will drive customer acquisition by identifying and engaging law firms, conducting product demonstrations, converting prospects into paying subscribers and supporting client onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage law firms through WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn and in-person outreach.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective law firms.
• Conduct product demonstrations and drive conversion to paying subscribers.
• Follow up with prospects and support new clients through onboarding.
• Track outreach, demos, conversions and client feedback through weekly reports.
• Identify effective customer acquisition channels and growth opportunities.
• Create simple product demos, presentations and social media content.
• Support the company’s presence at legal and industry events, including NBA branch meetings and young lawyers’ forums.

Requirements

• 1–3 years’ experience in Sales, Business Development, Growth or Marketing.
• Experience in technology, SaaS or professional services is an advantage.
• Confidence engaging lawyers, law firm partners and other professional stakeholders.
• Comfortable with digital tools, social media and basic content creation.
• Mainland-based candidates are preferred.

Pay: ₦250,000.00 - ₦300,000.00 per month
