Growth Marketing Associate

Role Summary We are looking for a Growth Marketing Associate to run and optimize paid campaigns across channels and business lines, and to build the automation, tracking, data, and content workflows that help us scale them. The role blends hands-on performance marketing with marketing technology, analytics, and AI-assisted creative production.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Management
• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Manage daily budgets, pacing, and KPIs across campaigns to deliver business targets.
• Run structured tests and scale winning campaigns and creatives.
• Creative Strategy & Content Optimization
• Collaborate with design, content teams, and creators to develop high performing ad creatives and prepare clear creative briefs.
• Source, brief, and manage UGC and creator content for paid campaigns.
• Use GenAI tools to produce and iterate creative variants (copy, visuals, video) at speed, within brand and regulatory guidelines.
• Feed creative performance data back into briefs, prompts, and production workflows.
• ASO & SEO Coordination
• Work with agency partners on SEO and content projects, and track keyword, ASO, and competitor benchmarks across our app portfolio.
• Marketing Automation & MarTech
• Set up and maintain lifecycle journeys and triggered communications on our customer engagement stack.
• Build lightweight automations for repetitive work such as pacing alerts, report refreshes, and creative routing. Internal
• Own tracking hygiene: event and UTM taxonomy, attribution setup, and QA after app and site releases.
• Data & Insights
• Pull and analyze data with SQL to build cohort, funnel, and channel-quality views beyond platform-reported numbers.
• Build and maintain dashboards for self-serve reporting, and prepare weekly and monthly performance reviews.
• Use analytics tools like GA4, AppsFlyer, Adjust and internal dashboards to track KPIs.
• Turn findings into test hypotheses and a prioritized growth backlog.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with exposure to marketing technology or analytics.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and other paid media platforms.
• Working knowledge of tracking, attribution, and analytics tools (GA4, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Search Console), plus familiarity with ASO and SEO.
• Working-level SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with automation or no-code workflow tools.
• Experience using GenAI tools in creative or content workflows.
