Role Description The Growth Marketing role is a full-time, on-site position based in Qesm 1st Nasser City. The Growth Marketer will design and execute data-driven marketing strategies to increase awareness, lead generation, and enrollment across EPSN’s training tracks. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, defining target segments, planning campaigns, managing digital and offline marketing channels, and optimizing funnels from initial contact to conversion. The role involves close collaboration with sales and customer service teams to improve the learner journey, refine messaging, and support retention initiatives. The Growth Marketer will monitor performance metrics, run experiments, and prepare regular reports to guide marketing decisions and drive sustainable growth.

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, learners, and partners effectively.
• Candidates should possess solid Market Research capabilities to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and understand target audiences.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to support conversion-focused initiatives and collaborate with sales teams on revenue growth.
• Candidates should possess Marketing Strategy expertise to plan, implement, and optimize integrated growth campaigns.
• Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., social media ads, email marketing, marketing automation, analytics platforms) is highly beneficial.
• Ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and run A/B tests to improve campaign performance is preferred.
• Background in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or education/training services is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
