What they need
Role & responsibilities
- Manage performance marketing across Google, Meta, SEO, and SEM.
- Execute WhatsApp campaigns for acquisition, retention, and re-engagement.
- Optimize the B2C funnel through A/B testing and growth experiments.
- Track campaign performance, attribution, CAC, ROAS, and conversion metrics.
Preferred candidate profile
- 2-5 years of experience in Growth or Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, and GA4.
- Strong understanding of growth funnels, CRO, and marketing analytics.
- Experience in consumer internet, fintech, e-commerce, automotive, or marketplace startups.
- Analytical, data-driven, and comfortable working cross-functionally.
