Growth Marketing Manager

Getting people to sign up is one challenge.

Getting them to participate, succeed and keep coming back is another.

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager (Internal Title is Senior Engagement & Retention Manager) to own how a growing, distributed community engages with a technology-enabled platform over time.

This is not a CRM-only role .

You’ll look at the entire engagement journey — from first activity to repeat behaviour, loyalty, reactivation and long-term retention — and decide what needs to change.

That might mean improving a product journey. Designing a better incentive. Creating an education programme. Segmenting users differently. Testing a field activation. Or working with Operations to solve something that no email campaign can fix.

What you’ll own

• Engagement and retention strategy across priority audiences
• Lifecycle journeys, segmentation and behavioural interventions
• Activation, repeat activity, loyalty, reactivation and churn initiatives
• Online and offline engagement programmes
• Experimentation, measurement and programme ROI
• Cross-functional work with Product, Data, Operations, Marketing and field teams

You could be a strong fit if…

You’ve spent roughly 6–9+ years in growth, lifecycle, engagement, retention, marketplace operations, CRM or community strategy — particularly in an app-based platform, fintech, mobility, delivery, marketplace or similarly distributed business.

Experience working with communities such as drivers, riders, merchants, sellers, agents, brokers or contractors would be particularly relevant.

We’re building something with a very tangible outcome: helping make homeownership possible for more people in the Philippines .
