Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Personal Development

• Facilitate conversations focused on business growth and personal development.
• Help participants identify opportunities for increased engagement, fulfillment, wellbeing, and business development.
• Guide individuals through structured development frameworks that support growth, resilience, self-awareness, and performance.
• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, leadership development, and strategic collaboration.

People and Culture

• Conduct consultative discovery conversations to understand goals, challenges, aspirations, and development priorities.
• Consult and promote the implementation of people-centered growth strategies.
• Maintain ongoing communication and follow-up to foster trust and support success.

Business Development

• Execute relationship-based outreach strategies using digital platforms and professional networks.
• Leverage digital learning platforms, coaching methodologies, communication systems, and modern development tools to increase engagement, drive efficiency, and improve outcomes.
• Continuously strengthen personal leadership effectiveness, communication skills, and business acumen.

Qualifications

Required Experience

10+ years of professional experience in business management, coaching, consulting, learning and development, human resources, business ownership, or entrepreneurship.
