Growth Operations

Job Responsibilities:

1. Own the design and execution of growth campaigns for core products such as DeFi and AI, and be accountable for user growth, retention, and activity outcomes
2. Develop campaign strategies (launch campaigns, incentive programs, community operations, trend-driven marketing, etc.) tailored to different product stages
3. Deeply engage in product design by combining on-chain data and user behavior to design high-conversion growth mechanisms (e.g., mining, task systems, points systems, NFT incentives)
4. Continuously track campaign performance and on-chain metrics (conversion rate, retention, engagement depth, etc.), and iterate to optimize incentive models and ROI
5. Collaborate cross-functionally (Product / Design / Marketing / BD / Community) to drive efficient campaign execution and amplify viral impact
6. Stay closely attuned to industry trends, quickly identifying opportunities and converting them into growth actions

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in internet or blockchain growth/product campaign operations
2. Familiar with DeFi, Meme, and mainstream Web3 product formats; understands user participation motivations and community culture
3. Full end-to-end campaign management capability, able to independently own the entire process from strategy design to execution and post-campaign review
4. Data-driven with strong analytical skills, able to continuously optimize conversion and user quality based on data
5. Strong content sensitivity and creativity, able to quickly generate viral campaign proposals based on trending topics
6. Proficient in data and analytics tools with a basic understanding of data modeling
7. Able to use English as a working language; familiar with overseas markets and community ecosystems

Nice to Have:

1. Experience planning campaigns for DeFi protocols, Meme projects, Exchanges or AI product
2. Experience designing campaigns for Web3 projects at the 0-to-1 stage or during growth phases
3. Understanding of tokenomics and user incentive mechanisms (Tokenomics / Growth Loop)
4. Proven track record of successfully driving growth-oriented projects (Launch, Referral, Trading Campaigns, etc.)
