Growth Operations Manager

About the role

Golden Alpha Venture Corp. is seeking a Platform Growth Operations Manager to manage platform growth operations, user conversion optimization, platform configuration, product experience improvement, and cross-functional execution. This is not a traditional customer service or routine operations role. The position requires a strong understanding of user conversion, back-office platform operations, campaign mechanics, KYC / payment flows, platform placements, user communication, and product experience optimization. The role owns the end-to-end user journey from Registration, KYC, First Deposit, repeat deposit, retention, to reactivation.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimize the complete user journey: Registration → KYC → First Deposit → Repeat Deposit → Retention → Reactivation
• Analyze user drop-offs across registration, verification, deposit, campaign participation, and retention stages
• Monitor and improve registration completion rate, KYC submission rate, KYC approval rate, deposit attempt-to-success rate, first deposit conversion rate, and repeat deposit rate
• Manage day-to-day platform configuration and back-office operations, including game activation and deactivation, game maintenance status updates, banner and pop-up configuration, in-app messages, and campaign page checks
• Monitor key operational dependencies such as SMS OTP quota, OTP success rate, SMS delivery status, game provider availability, payment channel status, and KYC flow status
• Design and optimize campaign mechanics that drive user action, including first deposit incentives, deposit rewards, task-based rewards, Free Spins, Cashback, Referral programs, and reactivation campaigns
• Identify user experience issues that affect conversion and work with Product and Engineering teams to define clear product requirements and business rationale
• Plan and manage high-value platform placements, including homepage banners, pop-ups, campaign entries, and game recommendation sections
• Monitor core growth and operational KPIs and use Excel / Google Sheets, platform reports, and dashboards to identify issues and opportunities
• Act as a key coordinator between Product, Growth, Marketing, Customer Support, Risk, Payment, Compliance, and Engineering teams to drive cross-functional resolution of issues

About you

• 3–5+ years of experience in platform operations, growth operations, product operations, CRM, lifecycle operations, digital marketing operations, or conversion-focused roles
• Strong understanding of user funnels, platform operations, and user behavior analysis
• Proven ability to coordinate and execute cross-functional initiatives
• Ability to turn data, user feedback, and operational issues into practical improvement plans
• Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets, operational reports, and basic data analysis
• Strong result orientation and ownership of business outcomes
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Strong sensitivity to user journey, conversion rate, campaign mechanics, and platform experience
• Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Support, Risk, and Payment teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and performance-driven environment

Job Location: Cebu Business Park, Cebu (Full-time, Onsite)

Job Schedule: 6 days per week (Shifting Schedule)

Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php110,000.00 per month
