Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, trading activities, and user referral/incentive programs for the US stock business.
• Assist in optimizing key user conversion steps, including Account Opening (KYC) /First-Time Deposit (FTD) / First Trade .
• Manage the day-to-day operations of growth initiatives, ensuring smooth campaign rollouts, landing page setups, and user reward distribution.
• Monitor basic campaign metrics (e.g., participants, conversion rates, deposit volumes) and prepare simple performance post-mortems to evaluate activity effectiveness.
• Work with design, compliance, and product support teams to ensure campaign assets and rules are compliant and delivered on time.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in a stock brokerage, FinTech trading platform, or crypto exchange. Clear understanding of the Account Opening /Deposit /Trading funnel and user trading mindsets.
• At least 2 years of experience in user operations or campaign operations, with a proven track record of independently running full campaign projects (from plan to completion).
• Good data awareness; able to clearly explain the logic, metrics, and actual results (e.g., new accounts generated, conversion rate, ROI) of the campaigns you have led.
• Business fluency in English and Mandarin for daily internal collaboration.

Preferred:

• Direct operational experience in specific business lines such as US Stock Options , market quotes, or fractional shares.
• Experience with user acquisition or activation playbooks in financial/trading products.
• Hands-on experience collecting product feedback and collaborating with tech/product teams.
