What they need

Role Title: Growth Operator

Hiring Entity: Cosella

Pronounced: Co-Seller

About Cosella

Cosella is an AI-powered sales copilot built to help sales teams perform better during real sales conversations.

We help companies turn their sales knowledge, scripts, product information, objection-handling frameworks, and best practices into intelligence their sales reps can access when they need it most.

Our goal is simple: help companies close more of the opportunities they are already getting and make strong sales performance more consistent across the entire team.

We are building Cosella for ambitious sales organizations and companies that want to scale revenue without performance depending on only a handful of top-performing reps.

Role Overview

We’re hiring a hands-on Growth Operator to own and scale Cosella’s growth engine.

This is not a role where you simply manage social media or coordinate marketing tasks.

You will sit at the intersection of growth, marketing, sales, and product, and take ownership of how Cosella attracts prospects, converts them into qualified opportunities, turns those opportunities into customers, and improves the funnel over time.

You’ll work directly with the CVO, our media buyer, UGC creator/presenter, product team, and the sales team you’ll lead/manage.

Your job is simple: Build a predictable system that generates qualified leads and turns them into revenue.

Key Responsibilities

CRM & Pipeline Management.

Own Cosella’s CRM across prospects, qualified leads, opportunities, and existing customers.

Maintain a clean and properly structured CRM.

Track leads from acquisition through conversion.

Build and maintain follow-up sequences.

Ensure qualified opportunities do not fall through the cracks.

Track sales stages and pipeline movement.

Identify stalled opportunities and coordinate follow-ups.

Maintain visibility into where leads are coming from and what happens to them.

Work with the sales team to improve lead management and conversion.

Paid Ads & UGC Coordination

Work closely with our Media Buyer, to plan, launch, monitor, and improve paid acquisition campaigns.

Work with our UGC Creator and Presenter, to continuously produce the creative assets required for campaigns.

Develop campaign angles and offers.

Create creative briefs.

Develop engaging hooks and messaging.

Coordinate UGC production.

Review campaign performance.

Identify winning and losing creatives.

Develop new creative tests based on performance data.

Repurpose winning content across paid and organic channels.

You should constantly be asking: What message, creative, audience, or offer should we test next?

Funnel Ownership

Own the complete Cosella acquisition funnel. This includes: Ads → Landing Pages → VSLs → Webinars → Lead Capture → Booked Calls → Sales Calls → Conversion.

Build and improve landing pages.

Coordinate VSL campaigns.

Support webinar funnels.

Improve booking flows.

Reduce drop-offs across the funnel.

Improve conversion rates at every important stage.

Run A/B tests across messaging, creatives, CTAs, landing pages, and offers.

Ensure tracking is properly implemented across the funnel.

You are responsible for understanding where prospects drop off and finding ways to improve it.

Sales Support & Closing. Growth does not stop when somebody books a call. You will work closely with the sales function to understand what happens after a lead enters the pipeline. The responsibilities include:

Lead the hiring process for Cosella closers.

Help develop sales scripts and supporting materials.

Join sales calls when required.

Support the closing process.

Review lost opportunities and identify patterns.

Understand common objections from prospects.

Feed sales insights back into advertising, landing pages, VSLs, and campaigns.

Help improve the demo-to-close process. The goal is to create a tight feedback loop between marketing and sales.

Growth Experiments

Continuously identify and test new ways to acquire and convert customers. These experiments include: new advertising angles, diverse UGC formats, VSLs, live webinars, recorded webinars, lead magnets, outbound campaigns, retargeting, email campaigns, partnerships, referral programs, new landing pages, new offers, and account-based campaigns. Additionally, you should be comfortable launching experiments quickly, measuring the results, and killing what doesn’t work.

Analytics & Growth Reporting. Own visibility into Cosella’s growth performance. Track metrics such as:

Leads generated.

Cost per lead.

Qualified lead rate.

Landing page conversion.

VSL engagement.

Webinar registrations and attendance.

Calls booked.

Show rate.

Cost per booked call.

Sales-qualified opportunities.

Demo-to-close rate.

Customer acquisition cost.

Revenue generated.

Funnel conversion rates.

Create simple weekly reporting showing: What happened → Why it happened → What we're changing next.

Lifecycle & Revenue Growth. Growth should not stop after acquisition. Work with the wider team to identify opportunities to improve:

Lead nurturing.

Follow-up.

Customer onboarding.

Activation.

Retention.

Upsells.

Referrals.

Reactivation of old opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who is comfortable doing the work, not just managing people who do it.

What You Should Have

Experience running or managing CRM and sales pipelines.

Experience building and optimizing marketing funnels.

Experience with paid acquisition and campaign analysis.

Experience working with media buyers and creative/UGC teams.

Experience with landing pages, VSLs, webinars, or similar conversion funnels.

Experience working closely with sales or closing teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

A good understanding of conversion optimization.

The ability to move quickly from idea to experiment.

Strong written and verbal communication.

Comfort working in an early-stage, fast-moving environment.

You’ll Probably Do Well Here If:

You’re scrappy.

You like figuring things out.

You care about revenue more than vanity metrics.

You can look at a funnel and immediately start asking where people are dropping off.

You’re comfortable talking to marketers, salespeople, designers, product teams, and customers.

You don’t wait for someone to give you a perfect growth playbook, you build one.

What Success Looks Like

Within this role, success means Cosella develops a growth engine where we can clearly understand:

Where our best customers come from.

What messages make them respond.

What campaigns generate qualified opportunities.

What turns those opportunities into booked calls.

What turns those calls into customers?

And most importantly: How we can repeat and scale that process.

Other offers great for you!
